Realization

Our projects combine precise planning with bespoke design and a strong commitment to sustainability and inclusion. The true life of a building begins once construction is complete. That’s when the design shifts from plans and theory into an active, social, and functional physical space. A well-designed space continues to interact with its users long after completion, becoming part of their lived experience.

Comprehensive Project Development

In order to ensure that the final outcome of a project aligns with the client’s requirements and reflects the overall vision, MNDesign is committed to managing every aspect—from the initial sketches to the final details and execution on-site.
This includes close coordination and follow-up with clients, neighbors, building authorities, engineers, manufacturers, contractors, and other professionals throughout the process.

We recently completed a roof conversion project in Berlin, incorporating details such as flush skirting boards, frameless doors, and custom designs for a lightweight steel staircase, rooftop terrace, external plant boxes, fireplace, and extensive carpentry work. The quality of the final products was ensured through careful follow-up from the initial design stages to the finished outcome.

Sustainability is a core focus in all our projects. Depending on the brief and possibilities, we integrate energy-efficient solutions, alternative energy sources, recycled or locally sourced materials, water retention systems, or green spaces into our designs. From initial planning to final realization, we consult and collaborate with experts in these areas. Accessibility and inclusion for all users are also key considerations.

In addition to our work in architecture and design, we place great value on exchange in cultural and educational contexts, especially with children. Through artistically influenced workshops and creative processes, we encourage participants to engage more deeply with their surroundings. In this way, we help them better understand and appreciate both themselves and their environment
