A large Brutalist-style villa designed by architect Michal Tagge in the 1960s which currently includes one small apartment, will be transformed into three or four separate units and undergo a complete renovation. The renovation will improve the building’s energy efficiency, including the installation of external insulation and a full set of new windows, all while respecting the original Brutalist design. The largest unit on the ground floor will be designed with a special emphasis on barrier-free accessibility. Additionally, a thorough inspection and, where necessary, an upgrade of the building’s existing services will be carried out.
