This 5-storey building was built around 1915. The conversion of the roof into three spacious apartments pays respects to the rather monumental street facade (late Jugendstil), with terraces and roof windows integrated into the existing roof shape. The building flanks the 5 km long Sonnenallee, the new apartments enjoy panoramic views of the Berliner roofscapes and the television tower. Because of war damage, the since missing back part of the building allows for more space in the garden.

features:
garden planning with the integration of a playground, bicycle stands and a pergola for storing waste containers, conversion of two souterrain units into commercial space.
